The filament stretches between -30 and -45 degrees longitude and 20 to 30 degrees north in latitude as seen in GOES SUVI 304. No clear arrival signature seen in solar wind at L1. CME was not detected at Earth. model/technique developers and submitting forecasters/researchers before
performing event and validation studies with data from the CME Arrival
Time Scoreboard. It is recommended that such studies be performed with
